Reservation and Booking Cancellation
Cancellations by Customers:
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please inform us as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled activity date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 8 days of the scheduled activity date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Approval:
All refund requests are subject to approval. Once we review your request, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
Refund Method:
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 1–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Weather or Operator Cancellations
In rare cases, activities may be cancelled due to bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen reasons.
If we cancel the activity, you will be offered an option to:
Reschedule your booking, or
Choose a different available activity
